Directory devoted to Lighting 
(Adresar venovany osvetlovani)

In this directory (and subdirectories) there is information regarding
outdoor lighting. It is either written, translated into Czech, or made
www/ftp accessible by me. Some English information is copied from other
places and adapted just to suit the MS-DOS naming conventions.  Most
information is only in Czech. More information will appear, and I'm
looking forward to contributions from other authors concerned with
          quality lighting producing no light pollution.  
Links to some other relevant sites I use are contained as well. The main
one is that to the (http://www.darksky.org) International Dark Sky
Association.

(V tomto adresari a jeho podadresarich jsou informace tykajici se
venkovniho osvetlovani. Jsou to informace, ktere jsem napsal, prelozil do
cestiny nebo verejne zpristupnil pro www/ftp. Nektere soubory v anglictine
jsou okopirovane odjinud, a upraveny jen tak, aby jmena v nich odpovidala
konvencim MS-DOSu. Vetsina informaci je ale k dispozici jen v cestine.
Informaci bude pribyvat, a uvitam prispevky dalsich autoru, kteri se
zajimaji
        o kvalitni ovetlovani, vylucujici svetelne znecisteni.
